The Center for Research in Food Environments and Prevention of Chronic Diseases Associated with Nutrition (CIAPEC) is a research center, part of the INTA for the Universidad de Chile, which focuses its work on the development of scientific-academic research with a commitment to nutrition and public health. The center's research is at the forefront of international approaches to population nutrition and food environments.
